We aim to provide fresh and high-quality products delivered to your doorstep. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or expired item, you can raise a request for return/refund.

  • Eligibility for Return/Refund:

    • Items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

    • Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, etc.) are eligible only if delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition.

    • Non-perishable items (packaged goods, groceries, etc.) can be returned if unopened and in original condition.

  • Process:

    • Contact our support team through the app/website with order details and photos of the item.

    • Once approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method or as wallet credit within 3–5 business days.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    • Fresh produce once accepted by customer.

    • Items consumed/used after delivery.

    • Personal care & hygiene products.
