We aim to provide fresh and high-quality products delivered to your doorstep. However, if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or expired item, you can raise a request for return/refund.

Eligibility for Return/Refund:

Items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.

Perishable items (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery, etc.) are eligible only if delivered in a damaged or spoiled condition.

Non-perishable items (packaged goods, groceries, etc.) can be returned if unopened and in original condition.

Contact our support team through the app/website with order details and photos of the item.

Once approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method or as wallet credit within 3–5 business days.

Fresh produce once accepted by customer.

Items consumed/used after delivery.
